‘Hidden Space’

'Hidden Spaces' a solo exhibition in 2019 at 'de compagnie' in Veghel, The Netherlands (2019)

'De compagnie' is a exhibition space in former grain silos. Nowadays these silos are connected. I built two installations changing the space. One filled the whole room in a way that the visitors needed to walk through a narrow corridor between the sculpture and the wall. This way the visitors came very close to the concrete silo walls, where the remains of grain were still visible.

The installation nearly blocked the entrance to one of the rooms, just allowing a narrow entrance on both sides. I combined this installation with a couple of older works, to create some visual accents in the space.
